What payment methods do you accept?

How much does it cost to enable automatic backups?
An instance with automatic daily backups enabled will have a 20% higher base monthly fee. Weekly backup for free.
Is bandwidth or traffic usage calculated?
We don’t calculate traffic but your bandwidth is limited to your Price plan.
I don't see my preferred operating system listed. Can I provide my ISO image of OS to install on VPS?
Yes, please provide a direct HTTP or HTTPS download link for the ISO image in your support ticket. Ensure that the link does not require authorization for access and submit it to our support team.
Do you support multiple IP addresses per VPS?
Many of our plans come with one primary IPv4 address. Additional addresses are available for an extra fee.
Do you allow SMTP?
In some instances, outbound traffic to the SMTP port may be blocked for new accounts. If you encounter this restriction, contact our support team from the portal.
What are the hardware specifications of your host machines?
We provide hardware optimized for highest possible virtualized performance, all of our host machines use the latest-gen Intel vCPU architecture with 100% Enterprise SSD storage.
What type of virtualization do you use?
We utilize KVM virtualization on all of our infrastructure.
Do you charge for stopped instances?
Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, vCPU). If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a virtual machine, please use the “Request cancelation” button in Client area of Portal.
What will happen when the bandwidth volume runs out?
– For the plan with one vCPU and 2GB RAM, the port speed will be reduced to 5Mbps.
– For all other plans, the port speed will be set to 10Mbps.
